No. 1 TOM’S REGRET (9-2) was lively early and widened throughout his debut at Santa Anita on April 15. She got good pace marks last time out and might be too fast for this group. Intern Jorge Periban ghost boss shipped from Santa Anita to Churchill and captured Bashford Manor (G3) in 2019, and appears to have another fleet juvenile in his barn.

No. 3 King Adrock (6-1) pressed from the outside post and cleared on his winning debut at Keeneland for Prat/Mendez on April 8. He will probably press the rail runner there.

No. 9 Simply Super (7-2) dueled and pulled away on his Keeneland debut on April 20. He got a decent speed rating that day and should make his presence felt throughout.

The No. 8 Rivet (6-1) rallied for the spot after a slow start in his Keeneland arc on April 13. Steve Asmussen has decent stats with second timers and Joel Rosario is staying put, and he could easily show more this time around.
