Request-a-bet pick 1 – City Champions Again

Manchester City won the Premier League for the fourth time in five seasons in 2021-22 and have since gone from strength to strength by bringing in Haaland and Kalvin Phillips.

Their fans are expecting another successful season from the club, with 95 per cent believing another trophy can be won, and just under 80 per cent predicting Pep Guardiola’s side will win again the league trophy.

Unsurprisingly, City supporters have gone from pessimistic to most optimistic in the division in recent years, scoring 9 out of 10. There’s every chance they could repeat last season’s exploits with such a side. stars available to them.

Request-a-bet pick 2 – Spurs go from strength to strength

Tottenham improved under Antonio Conte last campaign to earn a place in the top four at the expense of north London rivals Arsenal.

Spurs fans are optimistic of a successful campaign with a 7.4 out of 10 rating, and the signing of Richarlison, Yves Bissouma and Ivan Perisic will have only boosted fans’ hopes for the new season.

Some 76% of Spurs fans are happy with the signing and the majority of supporters expect the team to finish third or fourth this season.

Bet Request Pick 3 – Newcastle the Real Deal?

Newcastle United staged a superb second half of the season following their takeover last autumn and climbed the table under Eddie Howe to comfortably escape relegation.

The Magpies have the league’s third-highest optimism rating at 7.7 out of 10, and that came after impressive form at the end of the previous campaign.

Sven Botman and Nick Pope are serious upgrades for their defense and goalkeeping department with 63% of fans happy with their signings so far.

A first-half finish could well be on the cards for Newcastle, and with a few more names on the doorstep they could even push for Europe.

Pick-a-bet pick pick 4 – Caramels seem stuck

Everton had an atrocious campaign last time out and were lucky to retain their Premier League place as Frank Lampard came on and saved the club from relegation.

Star striker Richarlison has been sold to Spurs, and only 24% of Everton supporters are happy with the club’s signing after only bringing in James Tarkowski on a free transfer from Burnley.

The club have the lowest hope rating at 4.9 out of 10, and it’s hard to see Everton doing anything special this season with another bottom-half finish on the cards for the Toffees.

Request-a-Bet pick 5 – Bournemouth not loud enough

Bournemouth managed to secure promotion to the Premier League last season by finishing second in the Championship behind Fulham.

Their supporters are slightly hoping for a successful season with a 6 out of 10 rating, although the Cherries are yet to build on their quality in the Premier League.

Bournemouth to finish bottom of the table could be serious play in the betting market, with transfer activity from Fulham and Nottingham Forest looking much stronger than that of Cherries so far.
