Monday’s 3rd race from Turf Paradise is an optional, claimable event for kids three and older racing one mile on the grass course (start time 5:21 p.m. EDT).

No. 1 MOONLITE GRAHAM (7-2) might be able to drive them into the ground from the inside post. He almost went all the way on this course/distance on February 21, ran wide and finished well behind the best in a dirt sprint race on March 4. He’ll take them as far as he can for the productive Hernandez/Wong team.

The No. 2 heir (9-2) is a versatile gelding with five top-three finishes in six starts on home turf, and he has won two of those races.

Launchpad No. 4 (4-1) is 0 for 4 on grass but has been competitive in all three local grass attempts. He should be hiding in the midpack.

I will try to beat number 7 in the Morning Vintage Kitten (5-2). He’s 2 for 28 with fourteen minor awards and is probably best used down below.
